RevJen works with nonprofit leadership teams in a collaborative peer-learning environment focused on building organizational approaches to common issues such as revenue-generation. We formed a strategic partnership with RevJen to sponsor Heckscher grantees’ participation in RevJen’s “Build a Revenue Generation That Works,” ”FUEL,” and the “R-Squared Executive Forum” series. These programs equip participants with an understanding of the fundamental drivers of revenue-generation and with concrete actions they can take to improve the economic sustainability of their organizations.
RevJen also solves the desire and need for nonprofit executives to have an ongoing, thought-provoking, and structured peer group that creates a challenging and supportive learning community in which leaders hold each other accountable. In the face of the pandemic, we also turned to RevJen to provide hundreds of nonprofit leaders with guidance on government programs and emergency financial planning.
