Reporting Guidelines
The Heckscher Foundation requires an interim (six months after the grant date) and final (one year after the grant date) report for every award. Both reports are to be based on the original logic model included in each grantee’s application. Grantees will receive emails before each report is due along with their logic models. For sample reports, see below.
