Workforce Development
We have two primary criteria for assessing proposals having to do with career and employment readiness: the proposed programs should be operated within a youth development framework; and applicants must be prepared to demonstrate concrete outcomes such as increases in job readiness, gainful employment, retention of employment, and/or job opportunities for young people.
